Returns & Refunds Policy for Eco Essential Products
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s)' cost for commercial deliveries and 30% for residential deliveries.
Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
Regularly stocked products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Process and Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Shipping charges paid at checkout will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.
Order Mistakes
Please double-check your order before submitting it. If we make any mistakes with your order, contact us within 7 business days of receipt. After this period, we cannot process refund or reship requests.
Refusal of Package
Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee and a deduction of the original shipping cost from the refund amount.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the wrong address is provided:

If the order is returned in good condition, you will be responsible for the full shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

If the package is lost or damaged, no refunds will be issued.

If an address correction is requested during transit, a fee of $12 per package applies.
Timely Delivery
We cannot issue refunds for missed delivery dates unless:

You notified us of the required delivery date.

The order was shipped via FedEx Next Day or FedEx 2-Day.
Adult Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is available for residential deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Missing Items
If an order is missing items, please contact us within 7 business days. We will compare the items ordered with the package weight and issue a credit accordingly.
Orders with Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive incorrect merchandise, we will make every effort to correct the issue. Exchanges will be shipped at the same service level as the original order. If you selected rush delivery, we will refund the shipping cost for the incorrect item.
Ordering
Select items to add to your cart by clicking the “Add To Cart” button. You can change the quantity before adding to your cart. A successful addition will be shown in the “Shopping Cart/My Cart” page.
