Eco Essential Products reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any valid reason after receiving it. To ensure the security of your personal information, additional verifications may be required before we can process an order.
Please note that we do not process orders over the phone in order to prevent errors and potential fraud. Our online system ensures accuracy and provides a proof of purchase for both you and us, safeguarding both parties.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email with information about when it will be available again or offer a recommended substitute. If we do not hear back from you within 2 business days, the remaining available items will be shipped. We will refund any out-of-stock items. Please note, we do not accept backorders.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping Policies
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, delivery distance, and shipping method. Shipping charges vary, and upgrades typically double the shipping cost. We primarily use FedEx and UPS for shipping, and you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. During hot weather, we may adjust our shipping options to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday, barring holidays. Shipping transit times begin the day after the order is picked up by FedEx or UPS.
Shipping transit times are as follows:

Canada Shipping Policies
We offer standard ground shipping to Canada, with rates depending on the weight and destination of your order. Additional customs fees may apply, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST/QST), and customs duties.

Import taxes, duties, and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. A $10 FedEx brokerage fee applies to orders under $200, with fees for orders over $200 starting at $42.

Shipping During Hot Weather
To ensure your products arrive in top condition during the hot summer months, we take special care with packing and shipping. Orders containing heat-sensitive items, such as chocolates, will be packed with insulated liners and cold packs.

All meltable orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

We reduce shipping to 2 days or less during hot weather.

You can help by having your order shipped to a business address to ensure earlier deliveries when temperatures are cooler.
Once you receive your order, allow it to sit at room temperature to restore any soft products to their normal state. We cannot offer refunds for products damaged by extreme weather conditions, but we do our best to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
